LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO DEPOSIT
1. Original and photocopy of WAEC Certificate, the “scratch card” (PIN) to verify the title is required;
2. Original and a photocopy of Degree Certificate (Universities, Polytechnics, ND, HND, Nursing School/Midwifery);
3. Original and photocopy of Transcripts;
4. Birth Certificate, for people born from 10th of Dec. 1992 Certificate of Birth issued by National Population Commission; before 10th of Dec. 1992 Statutory Declaration of Age + Letter
of Attestation of Birth;
5. Fully filled Italian University’s Pre-enrolment form (where applicable);
6. Photocopy of student passport.
The documents from n.1 to n.3 MUST have been duly authenticated by Ministry of Education in Abuja, then duly legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Abuja, and translated into
Italian.
The document n.4 MUST be duly legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Abuja, and translated into Italian.
REMARKS
• The Vital Records of the student (name, surname, place of birth, date of birth) MUST match in every document with the ones certified in the Birth Certificate.
• If different, an Affidavit should be presented to clarify and justify the mismatch. The Affidavit, to be declared at local Court, must be legalized by MoFA in Abuja and translated into Italian.
• If you present incomplete documents or documents with errors, they will not be accepted and you will be compelled to book another appointment.
