Original and photocopy of\u00a0<strong>WAEC Certificate<\/strong>, the \u201cscratch card\u201d (PIN) to verify the title is required;<br \/>\n2. Original and a photocopy of\u00a0<strong>Degree Certificate<\/strong>\u00a0(Universities, Polytechnics, ND, HND, Nursing School\/Midwifery);<br \/>\n3. Original and photocopy of\u00a0<strong>Transcripts<\/strong>;<br \/>\n4.\u00a0<strong>Birth Certificate<\/strong>, for people born from 10th of Dec. 1992 Certificate of Birth issued by National Population Commission; before 10th of Dec. 1992 Statutory Declaration of Age + Letter<br \/>\nof Attestation of Birth;<br \/>\n5. Fully filled Italian University\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Pre-enrolment form<\/strong>\u00a0(where applicable);<br \/>\n6. Photocopy of student<strong>\u00a0passport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The documents<strong>\u00a0from n.1 to n.3 MUST<\/strong>\u00a0have been duly authenticated by Ministry of Education in Abuja, then duly legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Abuja, and translated into<br \/>\nItalian.<br \/>\nThe document\u00a0<strong>n.4 MUST<\/strong>\u00a0be duly legalized by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) in Abuja, and translated into Italian.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>REMARKS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 The Vital Records of the student (name, surname, place of birth, date of birth)\u00a0<strong>MUST\u00a0<\/strong><strong>match<\/strong>\u00a0in every document with the ones certified in the Birth Certificate.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 If different, an\u00a0<strong>Affidavi<\/strong>t should be presented to clarify and justify the mismatch. The Affidavit, to be declared at local Court, must be legalized by MoFA in Abuja and translated into Italian.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0<strong>If you present incomplete documents or documents with errors, they\u00a0<\/strong><strong>will not be accepted and you will be compelled to book another\u00a0<\/strong><strong>appointment.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"DECLARATION OF VALUE LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO DEPOSIT 1.
